We ship worldwide. For orders to Sweden, please visit our Swedish webshop www.lovemilkshop.se.

All prices include Swedish VAT at 25%. If your order is being shipped to a country outside of the EU, you are not required to pay Swedish VAT, and we will remove the VAT from your order before charging your card or PayPal account.  Please note that you may be liable to pay local taxes and charges to your customs office upon receipt of your order. It is your own responsibility to find out about these charges from your tax office or customs office. Delivery charges already exclude VAT to countries outside of the EU.

All orders on our web site are processed within two business days. Our sales office is open Monday to Friday with the exception of Swedish Public Holidays. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon order. We will send you a second email once you order has been handed over to our warehouse for packing and shipping. All shipments are sent with Swedish Mail (Posten) from our warehouse in Sweden.  

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please allow between 2-6 working days delivery to Denmark or Finland, 2-7 working days within rest of Europe, and 3-9 working days delivery to the rest of the world. 

If your order is being shipped to Denmark or Finland it will be shipped with MyPack. MyPack shipments include a notification SMS, are insured for up to €550 and can be tracked.

All other customers can choose between First Class and Recorded Delivery at Checkout. Recorded Deliveries need to be signed for, and are insured for up to £960, so your goods will be extra safe.
